Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are licensed and certified by Virginia DPOR as a class C contractor. We are insured by a national, well-know insurance carrier.
How will you gain access to the property for estimates?
We request that you leave the lock box code on our “Request a Quote” page. However, if you are uncomfortable doing so please call the office and proper arrangement will be made to gain access.
Do you provide all equipment and supplies?
Yes. However, if a specific product is requested we will accommodate the customer’s request. Green products are our standard on all new construction cleaning.
How do I pay for cleaning and services?
Payments are due at the time of service. We request checks be made payable to Realty Pro Cleaning Services. A service fee of $50.00 will be charged for insufficient checks. A 20% deposit is required for large work orders with balance due upon completion.

Do you offer refunds if I am not satisfied with your cleaning services?
No, however we guarantee that any area that is not to your satisfaction will be brought up to meet your standard with 24 hours. (See our Service - Guarantee)
What should I do about the security alarm system?
We request that the alarm is disabled prior to service. We will accommodate a temporary contractor’s access code.
What are your rates for service?
